opps, she should marinate the meat and put in fridge for 20 mins, put oil in wok, 5 mins, put in garlic to let it release the favour into the oil , fry the meat, put aside, then put stems, then leaves, pour in corn flour mixture to gave the final smooth gavy to the dish.

and obs! do not use sesame oil for cooking meat. Use vegetable or peanut oil as it handles high heat.

a little sesame oil goes along way for flavour, i always combine it
with a higher smoke point oil ... but i agree, in general, one should refrain from heating large amounts of sesame oil
