Final Fantasy XIII launch in Tokyo

Final Fantasy XIII, one of the most awaited video games of the year, went on sale Thursday morning in Japan. Several hundred people queued in the pre-dawn cold in Tokyo's Shibuya district to buy the game when sales began at 7am.

FF XIII sucks becuase Wada drug the game develpers and blind folded them while they were making it.

@khfanforever129 If they remade 7 they would just mess the whole thing up. Square Enix can't even make decent games anymore. When Hironobu Sakaguchi left Square games were still good but they were slowly starting to suck. If you ask me Mistwalker is the new Square.

I don't get hyped up for video games anymore, and this game is one of the reasons why. Gaming quality is so sporadic these days that it's too hard to even care when a company finally releases a long delayed, overhyped game. Considering how pretentious this whole launch event was it was bound to disappoint many people. Hell when it finally came out it actually looked pretty good to me, but that's because I wasn't expecting anything amazing.

@ElysianxFields I've been playing 13 (I like it). I bet the only way they will release a "re-mastered" version of 7 is if they get desperate for money, and I doubt that will happen since they make those stupid kingdom hearts games and other "Kid's games". The new one is funny, I mean, they included a black man with a baby bird hiding in his afro. That's pretty whacky.

i heard this SUCKED. GOD if you guys want to increase your sales and make an even larger profit then make final fantasy 7 on ps3!!!! That is the most popular ff game.. it will sure beat the sales for this one
