How different entertainment is today. It all has to be so over the top now-a-days and it doesn't need to be. Just saw the movie Burlesque w/Cher and as good as Christina is she...and all the others will never be CHER. Just 1 song in that movie showed you who was boss!!!

The show "Sugar Babies" featured a tribute to Rosita Royce that was astounding - a woman in a nude body stocking posed on a slowly turning platform. As she sang "I'm in the Mood for Love" , white doves flew one by one from offstage and clung to her. By the end of the song, she was clothed in white doves. Bizarre and lovely.
