  • The official comments from the Corps never seems to mention that seepage is still happening even at the lower level. It's an undeniable fact that seepage is weakening the dam. They have added tons of new grout and the dam still seeps.

    This isn't right, the financial reality of shutting down the lake is overpowering the safety concerns. It is a badly constructed dam that's now piping water. Complete failure within 15 years.

    watched a very interesting show on the history channel last night that showed how this dam along with many other's will fail ....... if not completly repaired ........
