@martintar1 No, we do not. I think it's "isn't it, though" We Americans don't say this. I think it's meant as a filler, or an exclamation.

@AvaliaKasa I had to compromise as I use Windows Movie Maker so the options weren't that many... :( You didn't miss much anyway, they just yell "innit though!"

Please, what is the signification of 'bothered' ? I don't understand !

"to bother" means to annoy or disturb. When you are bothered because of something, you are affected by it. When Lauren says she's not bothered, it's like saying she doesn't care about what the teacher says, these words "don't bother" her.
