This is an easy to make healthy breakfast for men, women, children and my all-time favourite 7:00AM breakfast. It takes 3 minutes to make - Makes one serving
Bowl of plain oatmeal, 1 packet plain oatmeal - make extra runny for your protein
1 scoop of Milky Whey Chocolate protein powder - ½ scoop for children
Assorted chopped fruits blueberries, strawberries, banana, blackberries, kiwi, apple - you can put as much or as little fruit you want and be creative

i recently started Oatmeal in fat free milk daily as my breakfast, and I did buy a measuring cup, 1/2 cup and 1 cup serving size measuring cups... How much oatmeal can you recommend for daily intake for breakfast? Someone told me having 3 cups is too much and can be unhealthy...
