I uploaded this segment for two reasons:
First, we have Sir Charles in his inimitable, hyperbolic fashion saying the Lakers' acquisition of Gasol is like "ripping off the Indians" (paraphrase).
Second, Kobe defends Kwame Brown and Javaris Crittenton as "[his] dudes," which is nice to hear, because since the trade took place, I have only heard the MVP talk about how nice it is to have Pau around.

Marc Gasol may become a good player, but at the time, the Lakers gave up KWAME BROWN, an accused murder (Javaris Crittenton), a guy near the end of his career in Aaron McKie, and the rights to Marc Gasol...right now, it boils down to Pau for Marc and nothing.

Of course Kobe would be so happy to talk about it---he hated Kwame Brown.
