    I'd argue the opposite.... Maybe song by song, but in concert he compromises because he can't change his tuning for every song, and most studio cuts use crazy tunings. Also, the great majority of artists are better live. The only who I would say are not are The Who, Vampire Weekend, and new Bob Dylan
