General Clark did NOT say anything about investigating who planned and executed the 9/11 attacks. He said to investigate why the administration did not take the proper actions after the attacks.

You are correct. I saw Clark during an interview about a month ago on TV. He said that if people wanted to shoot guns, they should go in the Army!!!
