  • Hi, I love your videos and your new studio! I was just wondering how do you get the icing sugar off the fondant? So that is looks clean and shiny. Whnn I use colour paste it always has icing I cant quite get off. Any help would be great thank you. xx

  • Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoy my work! :) I use a bit of shortening or even a tiny bit of vodka to clean any sugar stains on my fondant. I actually did a video on "How To Cover A Cake Board With Fondant" and towards the end I show how to remove those sugar stains. :)

  • Love the cake :), what kind of supports do you use in your gum paste figures ?? X

  • Thanks! It depends on the figure itself. Sometimes wooden skewers, sometimes thick paper sticks. :)

  • *Espectacular jejeje ;)

  • Muchas gracias! :)

  • Eectacular como siempre!!!!!!

  • Thank you so much! I appreciate that! To be honest with you, I've had no formal training whatsoever. Most of everything I know is self-taught, I've watched a million videos and read so many books. I've learned everything I know from trial and error and it's all experience. I give God ALL THE GLORY! Thank you for being interested. :)

  • you are so awesome!!

Could you talk about your training in a video??

  • Thank you so much Penny! I really appreciate that! :)
