TheUswede: I bought the IQ Touch, had it for a month-HATED IT! My dealer swapped me the Samsung WF448AAW at no charge! Better, Direct-Drive washer!(this is belt-drive)

Great vids, Thanks for posting. Have you had any Reliability or Service issues with your Electrolux? I had both the W & D, and they both broke within a week :( Really miss the size of the units, thinking about giving them another try. Please let me know how your units are holding up. Build quality, reliability... Thank You So Much!!

Did you get the one with the steam option? And if so was it worth it?

No, TOL basic before steam was introduced.
Steam feature is not needed on the washer but more so on the dryer if garments needs to bve refreshed.

The basic was only available before steam was introduced.

Thanks, we all wished that it would stay on for the complete cycle instead of three minuets!

What happened with the other washer?

I returned it back to Sears to upgrade.
Nothing was wrong with the machine, it was buyers remorse. I should have gone for the Wave Touch over the IQ from the beginning. Both machines are great, and the flexibly of cycles is a little bit better on the Wave Touch than the IQ by a small margin!
