@septic84 I can tell the difference quite well. If you don't believe me, go ahead and buy this 5.1 MS setup ..it's affordable if you don't go out one weekend. :)

I'm telling you, today a friend and me did several sound tests (with his 100$ logitech Z506, and my 30$ ms Fifty) he got 4db more peak value and went to 28hz while mine didn't go below 30hz. ..so, is the 4db and 2hz more really worth the extra 70$? :)

@Veniessubdentem Logitech isn't even high end though. If you actually care about how your' music/games/ect sound it's worth investing in a decent set up, one that sound good to you. Apparently you don't care/can't tell the difference and/or like $30 5.1, and that's totally fine too. But $5 per speaker from MS has to sound like a bowl-movment IMO..

@Keligorm just got a cheap 30$ 5.1 set from MS industries. ..I was confused/happy/amazed when I ran this test on them. Exactly the same sound as a high end logitech or creative set for about 100$ less :)
