In this video I share with share with you what I eat in a given day. From breakfast to dinner and snacks in between, you will get an idea of how I eat to maintain my weight and active lifestyle. I do believe that eating more frequent smaller meals helps you have more energy and keeps your metabolism revved and blood sugar stable.   • This is so nice (: You don';t restrict your intake or work out like crazy, you eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full and live a healthy lifestyle. It's so nice to see someone who's not crazed about their diet!

  • @hershey1616 Hi, thanks so much for your great feedback. I hope others will come to your conclusion through my videos as well. I am a big believer in a healthy lifestyle without overdoing it because too much of even a good thing has a down side. I think too many people really think you have to be really crazy with exercise or diet to look and feel good, but that's just not so. Sticking to a moderate regular routine is the key because over time you will see results. There are no quick fixes!

  • what's wrong w/ur camera, why do you have little orbs constantly comming out over your head, I noticed this after the 3minute mark in the video :S odd.

  • @VanessaCArthur Hi, that's so funny! I never noticed that. It probably has something to do with the digital camera adjusting to light. On my computer it's barely even visible. I would not have noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out to me.

  • Hello! I just started going to college and now that I'm an adult, I want to learn how to cook healthy food and exercise! My mother never really liked to cook so I pretty much don't know anything. Your video gave me a lot of ideas and was really helpful. I'd really love to see you make a cooking video for dinners or lunches or something :) Just a suggestion. Thanks so much again!

  • @Chaiteaist Hi, the benefit is the way your body breaks down whole grain vs. white flour. You body has to expend far more energy to process whole grain which causes you to burn more calories. Also because it takes longer for your body to break whole grains down, you stay fuller longer and thus you get hungry less often and will ultimately eat less.
