heyQustion for you do you keep your cockatiel leshed outside and if not how do you make it not fly away

@paintballvice17 I don't leash my cockatiels, I usually just clip their wings. I would like them to have their wings, but it prevents them from flying away outside, and from getting harmed indoors as well. I would just clip his/her wings.
