Good Bye To My G11

After A full year of service my G11 went and ided on me, so after speaking with some of the Logitech staff, they informed me that to claim a new one they needed pictures shoing the keyboard unbroken, and broken....

No man, I'm afraid not, if you've only had it like a year or so, odds are its still in warrenty. Ring Logitech, see if they can replace it for you.

Had a g11 for about 8 months and the K sticked first, then the L and a week later all surrounding the K. I liked the keyboard. So I send it in and instead of replacing it (at this time April 2010 it may be discontinued) they send me their newest, thin short keystroke illuminated version. NOTHING like the G11, but I guess if it was discontinued, what can I do?

i had one of these untill i spilt yukon and 7 on it :-( now i have the G110, i miss my G11....if only it had USB 2.0 and headphone/mic jack i would have bought another
