The rowhomes under construction at Montana Row in Lincoln Park are 25-feet wide -- an unusually wide home for the area, and extremely unusual at a less than $1 million price point.

Belgravia Group, one of Chicago's most experienced and long-tenured builders, has three homes under roof in the 1500 block of W Montana, scheduled for delivery in January of 2014. Construction will start shortly on the fourth of ten overall.

The homes include four bedrooms, an office, a large family room, four full and two half-baths, a large yard and a detached 2-car garage.

Montana Row is just around the corner from the highly-popular Wrightwood Park, in a low-density area surrounded by luxury homes.

Disgusting looking homes for a very steep price.. Location is what is going to sell these, not the exterior appearance.

We obviously pay attention - and still don't know how you can make such a harsh judgment about something before it's built.

And, you obviously don't have a grip on the price of homes in this area if you think this is steep.

Just because a home is not expensive for the area doesn't mean it's not a steep price for me or possibly the average home buyer. And no, you were not paying attention because you called me a "wizard" for knowing what the homes would look like, yet there was a rendering at the beginning of your own video.

Pricing is always relative to the area. And yes, I was paying attention. I placed the rendering in the video. I've seen 1000s of renderings over the years and would never presume to slam the final product based on a rendering. But then, I have an identity and a reputation to consider while you're just another anonymouse.

Try telling millions or billions of people around the world that the condos or rent in Manhattan are not steep in price because "that's the value of the area". For myself and the majority of people I know, Lincoln Park is steep in price. And you would NEVER slam a design based on a rendering??!?! You are then in the wrong business, sir. Renderings are put in place to sell the final product based on appearance alone. Anonymouse, that was funny.
