  • @mrhawkfield... yeast starters are a must if you are using a fresh vial of yeast... the only times I don't do a yeast starter is when I'm re-using yeast... try it, it will make a difference in your brews...

  • Huge stout lover and a fairly new home-brewer. That taste test at the end was questionable however this video was very informative.... Thank you....

    1 question.... never had to prepare the yeast overnight..... whats up with that? lol
