Jesus was a Jew by birth.He preached the Word of God to Jews. He corrected them and He told them who He was, and that is why He was crucified. The Jews didn't believe in His Word.He basically told the Jews that the ten commandments were the Divine Law and that all the other laws that the scribes wrote were NOT from the Father, but from satan! He got very angry at the scribes and the pharisiens, and that is why He was crucified.The Qu'ran gives you more insipid laws to follow, that Jesus hates.

If Joshua Evans is in fact a former Youth Minister for Christ, then I am the toothfairy. I don't believe his cute story of how the Bible led him to Islam. He clearly picks and chose what he wants to believe in the scriptures, and that shows that he is not inhabited by God, he doesn't have the Holy Spirit, and he doesn't have faith. He wants to save himself through good deeds and by following a set of laws (in his case, Mohamed's law). Jews do that too, that's why Jesus came to correct them.

Why couldn't God come on Earth as a man? Who are we to say what God can and cannot do? If He sacrificed His only Begotten Son, so we wouldn't go to hell if we believed in His Son (His Word), who are we to say that it doesn't make any sense? Jesus did His Father's will with complete submission. As a man, He was terrified. Jesus was in the body of a man temporarily, and yes, he got hungry, tired, sad, and was even tempted by satan. Jesus the Son of man was crucified and it actually hurt.

@elucidater87 There IS only one God. Jesus is the second person of the trinity. He is God, He is one with His Father, and if you believe in Him, you will receive the Holy Spirit, which is the third person of the trinity, and, by the Grace of God, you will be a new creation.

As Muslims, you are taught to believe that you are a slaves, and you are indeed slaves to the law of God. As Christians, we are taught to believe that we are slaves of sin, and as long as we refuse the gift of salvation through Jesus-Christ, the Son of God, we will go the hell. God said that we are all sinners and we cannot save ourselves from the wrath of God. Only in Jesus Christ are we saved!

Joshua Evans says that God does not change and that is true. He ''forgets'' to tell us that His Word also cannot change!!! God does not say one thing, then turn around and say the opposite of what He said before. Yet this is what the Qu'ran does. It says the opposite. It says that Jesus didn't die on the cross and didn't resurrect. That is blasphemy!

Muslims keep repeating that they love and respect Jesus, yet they deny His Word. You can't accept only some parcels of His Word and say that the rest is corrupt, THAT does not make any sense! Yet this is what Muslims do time and time again when refuting Christians. They point to scriptures only when it is convenient for them to do so, and they reject the rest.

God speaks the truth and one has to have faith to hear and embrace the truth. God cannot lie. In this video, we keep hearing: ''It doesn't make any sense!'' Well, God's word (the Torah and the New Testament) makes complete sense to me. What doesn't make sense to me is the Qu'ran and Mohamed, who deny the word of God and calls it corrupt. Mohamed, in order to be considered a true prophet, has to be in line with the previous books of God (and that is according to the Qu'ran!!)

I can hardly believe Joshua Evans story of ''How The Bible Led Me to Islam''.If what he says is true, and he truly was once a Christian (let alone ministering to christian youths), how could he not grasp the concept of trinity?The book of Genesis says: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Verse 14 goes on to say And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
