Lead rider in breakaway overcooks it in the final turn. Big pity after all that hard work. I chose the spot because, as I told my buddy, whoever overcooks this turn will end up at our feet.
No editing, just raw footage.
It appears that the rider wanted a more straight line into the finish and followed a later-apex line. Unfortunately there was dust/debris on the inside of the course (sand/dust everywhere) and his tires went out from under him. Had he followed a normal line he'd have been on the dust-free pavement.

@kpeking1 I thought he'd win. In fact, with the respect I have for Carney, I wanted him to win. He took a slightly tighter line, literally just inches closer to the fencing, and the pavement there was still dusty. I don't know how the sprint would have gone but the guy that won the incredible Harlem Crit won the race.
