  • Did you make the parallettes? Cant find where to buy these in Australia :(

  • @LifeMattersChannel Yeah we made those. But you have a couple of options - check out our Parallettes Construction page (using the link in the info section of this video) to learn our favorite type of commercial pbars, and/or how to make your own set of pbars.

  • Did anyone ever tell you that you somewhat look like Ron Reagan Jr---the son of the former US President? Just saying.

  • @KennyofME Can't say I've ever heard that one before. I usually get Bert from Sesame Street.

  • Where can I buy a set of P-Bars? Do you have a how to make P-Bars video?

  • @trainyourbodytrainyo Yep, just follow the link under the video description. There are construction info and P-bars for sale there.

  • @brotherseanrichard We haven't seen Scott's program, so we don't have a take on it.

If you'd like to do both, I'm sure you will get a lot out of P1, and probably from Barbarian as well. Just don't try to do them both at once. Do one program as instructed, then do the other program as instructed. And have fun.

  • did not know where else to post this but what is your take on Scott sonnons newly released P bar program Tacfit Barbarian. I have P1 and barbarian and wondering if I would benefit from doing both as the movements are different in both programs

  • @trainyourbodytrainyo

Their website in the underbar has a guide under Parallette Construction that is pretty helpful
