Beyond Reality - Hell's Kitchen Recap 4/30/09
Last week Ben was sent home. Surprise for the final three. They got to spend 5 minutes with two member of their families.
Reward challenge - Tasting lunch for 100. The chefs have 90 min to prepare 100 tasting portions.
The 100 guests were executive chefs/owners from all over LA. 76% thought Danny's dish was the worst. 76% thought Paula's dish was the best.
Reward Part 1 - A full day of beauty for Paula then a surprise visit to Good morning LA on Fox. Punishment was two days of cleaning, ironing, etc.
This weeks service will include a turn for each chef working the pass. Scott & Gloria will be helping out where needed. Paula went first & was timid & missed one of the two mistakes Gordon had thrown in. Danny was second and missed the wrong order but rallied at the end. Andrea was last and missed the wrong fish in one dish. She was far too abrasive to Scott. Service was great but someone still has to go home. Andrea picks Danny, Danny picks Andrea & Paula picks Andrea. In the end Andrea was sent home.
Next time - Its the final two - Each remaining chef redesigns half of Hell's Kitchen.

Danny and Paula are pretty boring i must agree...however they really do deserve to be in the final 3 looking back at everyone else...everyone else screwed up pretty badly and they were by far the best...except Ji...who probably had a great shot at the finals if she wasn't injured
