  • "When children are present" means when there are children on the SIDEWALK. It doesn't mean when children are at school but are behind fences. There ARE signs though that will require 25 MPH during SCHOOL HOURS 7AM - 3PM and those are different.

  • Yeah if there is no sign and no school zone, then the speed is 35mph. I'm taking my test tomorrow, excited:)

  • @cowdust51 NO. At least not in AZ. because I did it on a saturaday and went 45 instead of 25 and I didnt get pulled over.

  • Nobody follows the residential area 25 mph limit in Magnolia Blvd, average is 33. Everyone goes under/over the speed limit, nobody's perfect!! Everybody makes mistakes. Sometimes we don't stop at stop signs either.

  • @cowdust51 if you listened to the guy man, 25 when children are there, 40 mph or whatever the limit is on that road when schools out

  • @cowdust51 -i think so,cuz its still a residential area.

  • @cowdust51 the sign will usually say "when children are present" or "when light is flashing"- it states that pretty obviously in the video.

  • @cowdust51 just like what the dude on the video said pal, go 25 when CHILDREN ARE PRESENT ;)

  • Do you have to go 25 mph in a school zone even when school is out?
