Lets trade the hardest worker and a guy that hustles like hell every shift. Good idea. The ONLY move by Holmgren that I'm nto a fan of this offseason.

sick hit... too bad hes a

@HabsFanTom Terrible pass and he paid the price. Also a terrible penalty call
-
@HackRProd How can you say clearly an elbow? And he never even hit his head? Referee was in a bad position and made a bad call. It happens they are human and only trying to do their job but everyone makes mistakes.

FUCK POWE!

that was all Gorges fault to be honest, he put himself vulnerable for sure, clean hit to the shoulder... he just didn't see it coming which is his own fault... and no i ain't from Philly, i'm a habs fan from Mtl :P, the hit on Halpern was a whole different story though...

Apparently no one knows the rules of the sport. Powe got away with a couple of suspendable offenses in this game. So much for the league being tough on the Flyers, they let one get away with a pair of them in that game. Last I looked, charging, elbowing and hitting from behind weren't legal even when Philly does it.
No respect, he wasn't even looking.

@HabsFanTom looked to me like he was, and that is not disrespectful, hitting is a part of the game, players should always be aware, it was a suicide pass form price

no offense, but im just telling you its an automatic review. its exactly what we received as a video this off season as an example of north-east(or west) hits. no matter if its shoulder to shoulder, cause Stevens often did that shoulder to shoulder, but it still resulted in very severe hits. im not saying it's deliberate or wrong, just that under the new rules it wont fly that well, at the very least it's put it Powe's file as a precedent.

@eggrollrocks that hit was clean as clean can be, if the NHL looks at this it will lead to the end of hitting in the NHL
