Thank you for posting Capecchi as Iago in Otello with Del Monaco. He was an excellent singing actor, also very effective in buffo roles--the humorous monk in the wonderful Forza of 1958 with Tebaldi/Corelli/Bastianini for example.

AVVEVA VOCE SUBLIME !!! Renato Capecchi cantava nell`epoca di BASTIANINI,TADDEI,PROTTI,per questa raggione spesso cantava secondi ruoli ! Oggi Capecchi sarebbe UN DIO fra tutti questi "stars" !!!Renato Capecchi e stato grandissimo artista !
