what grill is that? is that a weber? what version? is it your favorite grill? im looking for one myself for grilling and smoking

bradyischamp, it's an old weber table model which they no longer make, unless you get the perfomer model with the self-lighting charcoal option. (lame -what were you thinking, weber?) -BBQ Pit Boys

Ive lived in St. Louis most of my life and never seen ribs cooked like that. Im a trucker and Ive noticed, Memphis cooks St louis style ribs, St.Louis cooks Texas style ribs and Texas cooks Kansas City style ribs and Boston cooks Southern style ribs.
