i think this game could be remade in the most frightening of circumstances...harness the high definition, flat screen technology of our day, alongside the improved gameplay mechanics since its debut, whilst combining the extreme psychological anxiety and tension that the original series proposed....and i think you have a multi-billion dollar industry in the making my friends :D this idea alone might single handedly revive the economy...like a first aid spray ;)

Needs to be done, needs to be done. Im not totally down with the whole Ganados/plant mutation type thing that they did. Updated graphics and gameplay... i mean even comparitive to modern games RE2 had one of the most diverse replay mechanics, and they could really capitalise on that in today's age.

Man I remember running to the closest save room on Danger just to hear the music so I could relax! Then that goddamn bang made me shit myself. My favorite parts of the game were when the NPCs were in the room with you only because I knew nothing would pop out and ass rape me.
