For those who don't know. the 5:19 rat is on the eastern steeple of the church. all the way at the top you'll notice a cross. its on top of the cross. you will need a sniper rifle to get it. just stand in the street where he is standing and just shoot. if you cant get a shot on it then take a couple steps back. if all else fails grab a helicopter and find a better vantage point

The one at 5:19 is fucking annoying I tried killing it with RPGs and snipers but I still can't kill it anyone got any advice
