@princesitadecubillas Your muscles are probably weak near the lower back and butt area. Try toning that area and see if that helps. That was my problem anyway.

I'm flexible enough to do a split, but I can't lift my leg to do a spiral!! any tips??

It's still not perfect, it's a work in progress at the moment. :) but I've stretched every day for 2 years, that probably helps.
