There is an easier way to play the intro which involves only moving the 3rd+4th fingers

@JOHNNYG99X hi mate. this lesson is fantastic!! the chords seem easier than the ones i found online, so i was wondering if u had tabs for this? if so, is it possible to send them to me via email?
if you dont have tabs, it doesnt matter. the lessons are great!!

In my opinion, your video are some of the best on you tube, I have learnt a great deal from them, All those other people slagging you off should go and upload their own vids, idiots!
Keep up your good work mate!

It's funny how many people that know how to play the song come here.
To those people I say, I play guitar doing triple backflips on one leg. Please go be pretentious elsewhere :)

I said that wrong.
G string 9th fret
B String 8th fret
E String 7th fret.
Youtube really should consider the option to edit your comments and 500 characters is nowhere near enough.

OK Johnny Ive looked more closely. You play an A minor variation barring on the 5th. And to be honest you seem to stutter at that part of the tune. The way that is usually played in this song is like i said. Is fret 7 bottom fret 8 next string up fret 9 next string up. Or 7 Gstring, 8 B String, 9 E String. then you just add the pinky like I said. Give it a try it will smooth out that part of the tune where youre straining to barre unnecessarily. Good video though. Pretty helpful.

<< I cant figure out how you would play that chord as a bar chord either. You may be playing it differently if you figured the song out by ear. So being constructive I'll explain. At the point in the song you go the fret board around the 789 frets the notes are exactly that the 7th note on the bottom string 8th note "B" and 9th on the "G". so from bottom of the guitar up you should play 7/8/9 and when you slide down to the 5th you just add the pinky slide to the 3rd back to the 5th.

As soon as you started playing I recognised by ear the sound of the guitar. I think I own the same one if its a Yamaha FD02. Its not a bad guitar, but I have some issues with it. I think the treble strings are a little shrill, dont you think so? I thought it was string choice at first but after trying different sizes/brands its the guitar. So Im looking for a new one. That aside not a bad lesson. The most constructive crit I can think of is your giving yourself hard work higher up the fret>>
