This is actually really helpful! I just started using crutches because of a messed up knee, and now I see that I'm doing it all wrong! I'll remember the tips you gave for the stairs. I hope that poor guy didn't get hurt, with his bad technique!

i just got crutches and i live in a 4 story hous and have to walk up 3 flights of stairs every day. ITS SO ANNOYING

hahah the wrong ways are just hilarious :D. And yeah, honestly the hardest part for me is climbing stairs... I guess it's all about getting used to ballancing on one foot and then on the crutches. :)) Other than that it was a really helpful video. Thanks. :))
