It's a race not normal wheeling. You can't enter the course till the driver gives up and the race marshals give the OK.

what is the objective of the croud when you roll over to get as many pictures as you can before the driver gets hurt (stupid people like that don't need to be out offroading)

Well gummy. This is a race. That means that every car it tech inspected for safety. So drivers getting hurt really isn't going to happen unless there is some freak accident. For this race, about 10 cars flipped on their lid in this spot. It is a common occurance if you are going to play around at the Hammers.
