silly human...
awards from other humans? sad that you think they mean something. Same with Court Cases.
Don't be 1 douch just because your pathetic species is so board and overpopulated that they can't think of anything new. p.s. the song is the same...it's 1 good song.

i didnt say he doesnt deserve them as a fact, just that if they are like the one above 'sampled/stolen' then he wouldn't deserve them.

i dont read tabloids...my opinions are based on listening to 2-3 video's demostrating the 'sampled' and original songs that timbaland produced.

all i'm saying is if you use something you credit it and give the real author his due, otherwise your just stealing.

its no different in other medias. famous musicians shouldn't be exempt just because they are famous

if you have no idea what and how many awards he has one how can you make your point on what he deserves if you are unable to justify two sides to what clearly is an argument?
so be it, i have no idea what you people have achived, but how do you know if the bloke has stolen the tracks or not? the case was dropped, but is this nessesarily because of lack of support? think of more obvious reasons..
reading tabloid newspapers does not widen your accuracy nor support the truth of a story..

Timbaland is not a bad producer but he steals. If he paid Jane royalties for the song then I would stop hating him.

He didn't have to sample it because he had the Elektron SIDstation which can open .SID files. The original tune is a .SID file, so he opened it and cut some parts, modified\replaced the sounds.

people come on, this beat and progression are so generic and cookie cutter that he didn't have to steal anything for the tracks to sound the same. who knows, maybe they used the same sample sound banks? almost all pop, dance songs are just variations of the same song. oh and assholes, if you don't think timbaland is talented then you don't know much about him do you?

I dont like Timbaland for stealing music from another composer! it is very bad. but I like him because he knows old chip-scene and i give him respect for knowing that area of music like old chip tunes, etc :)

hmm i have no idea which songs of his got him the awards but if they were 'sampled' like the one above then simply enough he doesnt deserve them.

lots of cases get dropped due to lack of funds or support or...a big payoff under the table to keep everything quiet.

and hon, how do you know what others have achieved in life?
