Hello! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin shed a lot of fat.

Sooo.... You cook meat for your boyfriend? And you don't find it weird? I mean, I wouldn't like to be an a**hole militant vegan, but if I cook for my boyfriend, I'd do vegan dishes for him, and never meat. If he wants to have meat, he can, but has to cook it himself (and does). Men CAN cook, and most meat dishes are very simple to make :P Plant dishes can be trickier. Great vid tho

If you are not having those great raw food benefits, it is probably because you are eating raw junk food; which is still healthier than normal food but is not going to cleanse and detox your body in the same way. The people who see the biggest benefits just eat organic fresh fruits and veggies, they don't eat gourmet raw meals, Raw breads, raw cereals, crackers, oils, raw cakes, cookies etc. There will be a huge difference after about 6 weeks of just eating fresh fruits and veggies. Goodluck
If you are eating a lot of nuts also you will not feel as good and have as much energy, once I stepped away from the raw Almond butter and started eating only fresh fruits and veggies that is when my whole body started to change, I felt so much better without the nuts/oils/dehydrated foods. You will too, it is hard to transition to that kind of eating. Treat yourself every now and then with those gourmet raw foods just not very often.

@koharon75 I don't eat much gourmet stuff actually, I like making recipe videos of that stuff but I don't eat much of it. I would say that I haven't had any dramatic weight loss or healing because I don't really have tons of weight to loose and I don't have any major health problems. My health over all has improved and I've experienced lots of other benefits from this diet. I notice a difference when I eat certain things, so I just keep experimenting and adjusting!
