The Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (IMD) will host a European wide working conference entitled Enhancing the European Profile in Democracy Assistance, taking place in The Hague on July 4 - 6th, 2004.
The conference will be opened by the Dutch Prime Minister and from the first of July on the President of the Council of the European Union, His Excellency Mr Jan Peter Balkenende.
