Did u use some filter or plugin? because i can not do this even if I put the other target as my ip and target 1 as the default gateway
and also were u using sslstrip in this demo?

i used the arp:remote plugin for ettercap, but you can use sslstrip (for ssl spoofing) and arpspoof ( for arp poisoning) and a simple sniffer!
