He was born in Chicago, but moved to London when he was young.. I think that I read that he feels just as British as he does American.

Did you see at the end where some of the celebrities looked really upset or near tears? Clearly he was highly respected in Hollywood too.

@kawoss Another sad thing is that some award ceremonies didn't have any procedures in place so that his posthumous awards went to his family. His SAG Award for instance was gathering dust somewhere, I don't know if that is still the case
