you shall start spiking with 40 energy set, after you kill the enemy you switch for 20 energy set (-5energy spear) and wait few seconds for getting 100% of energy. after this you switch back for ur 40 ene set and kill another pplayer :P

only problem with the build is that u run out of energy almost completely after your first or second spike

I use this in PVP and PVE as it is VERY flexible and one of the best knocklocks out there. In AB i use SoJ, Dancing Daggers, Entagling Asp, Sig of Toxic Shock, Iron Palm, Stonesoul Strike, Dash, and Restful Breeze. All surv, vitae, vigor, deadly arts rune with a +60 hp smiting staff (deldrimor works great). For PVE take out dash and replace it with Augury of Death or a res. The more you play this build the more you'll realize how potent it can be

no deadly paradox makes yourasassin skills recharge in ungodly amounts of time, it really helps for spamming dancing daggers

deadly paradox i think is the first skill, you don't really need that one in AB you could replace it by healing skill r sumething
