  • I just lost my guy Chimo yesterday and miss him horribly.. He was truly my best, loyalist friend I have ever had.. Dals have a different spirit to the them, that makes them nearly human, but better.. I know it has been some time since your loss, but thank you for sharing your video, as it helps me cope during this VERY difficult time and change in my life..

  • @Chimo1337 , sorry to hear about Chimo. I know what you're going through. It's still tough after many years, but have great memories of Patch. I am sure you have the same of Chimo.

  • I had a dalmatian named Patch too! We just had to put him down on May 9, 2008. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Your Patch is precious! My deepest sympathy for your loss!

  • Thanks! Sorry to hear about your Patch too. They are great dogs. I still miss mine, so I am sure you still feel your recent loss.

  • Great pictures, beautiful tribute...really conveys how much personality he had, it's clear Patch was a real character, what a great dog!

  • I have my Lucky 3 years now and i wish he could live 100 years.. I love his soo much.. And i am sorry for your dogs... a dog is a best friend... I heard a story about some dog that died on the grave of his owner.. That showes how much they love us..

  • Thanks so much for the video. We had to put down my 19 year old Dalmatian in april. 4-1-1992 - 4-11-2011 RIP Cletus, we miss you buddy!

  • thanks for this video.. it help me get through putting my 13 year old Sage down.

  • @SundeyPSU

These dalmations are much different than the usual breed. I believe I narrowed it down to a Centurian breed.

I have my son Cisco who is identical to yours. I think it will be my death too if he ever goes. Dalmations are very differnent from other dogs. it's like they bond with your soul.

    Happy memories to you-

  • that was actually quite cute! I rarely see a Dalmatian that looks like mine, and yours did. Really not looking forward to him growing old :( Looked like your Patch had a lot of personality

  • I lost my dalmatian three years ago and I still miss him so very much ... it's hard to look at any video of dalmatian .. Looks like your Patch has the similar personality like mine.. they are so adorable!!

  • I was blessed with a Dal for thirteen years. I'll never get over my loss. He was........ It is difficult to do him justice in describing him. If I could only be half the man he thought I was.

  • my dalmation is now 16 years 6 months old. I get sad all the time thinking she does not have long. Anyone who ever loved a dalmation knows how they get in your heart, so I understand how much you loved, and love Patch. They will allways be with us and we are lucky to have known them.
