    The lawsuit was settled in July 2006, so the website is long gone. If you have a Virgin Mobile cell phone, just keep an eye on VM to make sure you're not being screwed by any of their promotions and conditions. At one time or another, ALL cell phone companies jack us around because they can't get hordes of new customers, so they have to try and nickel and dime everyone. Anyway, thanks for watching the news video of my lawsuit. The station is XETV out of San Diego, CA.

  • Thanks to this guy, they're much better now. It's still an issue that when you "top up," it doesn't automatically restart the plan, so you have to call them to do that, but I've never had a problem reaching someone to do that, and one call to them per month is worth it for all the talk time I need plus unlimited text and web for only 25 bucks. I'm a former verizon customer who always paid over 100/month on an alleged 50/month plan, so I'll probably be w/ VM forever -- like the guy who sued!!

  • Why in the hell would anyone even use Virgin Mobile?

    If u live in canada and is a university student, the best deal at this time is the Koodo mobile "no contract" serving, or the "unlimited talk" plan from Rogers.

    If ure in the U.S., ignore my message.

  • I also called them to add money to my 60.00 a month unlimited everything, pay as you go account. 3 Days later im told that im out of air time minutes!! Come to find out, They Never proccessed the Money i added to it, as a Monthly Package Plan. They only added it as regular airtime minutes. I emailed them right away, and i was emailed back, being told that the problem has been resolved. Well it wasn't because they Never refunded me my $60.00!!!

  • when i first signed up I told them i did not want my credit card saved on file. I even stated on my account that i do NOT want them having accsess to it. Turns out i get a letter a month later saying that if i dont put money into my PAY AS YOU GO Account, they would automaticaly deduct it from my credit card! And forget about trying to talk to a Human Person to resolve your issues.
