    @AaronEddieHYo How do you record things and get them on your channel/upload them. Like how did u get and upload this? All i have is my dell webcam. Like how can i record a trailer or something and upload it to my channel or just simply upload it? Like how did u record and upload "THIS" man vs. food monte christo video from the travel channel?

    I watched in on TV, and then googled the episode guide and found which episode I needed to download and got it. Then I cut the clip with Windows Movie Maker and uploaded it.

    Have you ever seen Adams arms for example... When you do, you can clearly tell that he's doing some work out as well and keeping care of himself. He may be a bit chubby, but he's not fat. If he wouldn't eat right and exercise outside the show, he would be way more overweight and probably would look like a balloon.
