About the song you've heard before, it might be K, a popular Japanese singer's, song. It's also called "Over" and Tegoshi did a cover for that song around 2007.

0:39 is from a monthly magazine *I forget the name* It's a backstage photo for NEWS WPD concert

0:50 maybe from shonen club... they were performing the song "utsukushige beautiful eyes"
