I first cooked this on a week long camping trip & have since cooked it at many a BBQ. I've lost count of the times friends or family have said something like "I don't usually like corn but THIS is delicious"!!!!
Search YouTube for "Seared wheels of sweet corn" for the recipe, you won't be disappointed. Much less smoke on the video!
Watch the video as you really can see how easy and quick it is to make. His book "Outback" is really well worth it too.
