Back in the 1980s in Cary, North Carolina there were 4 or 5 arcades. Time-Out, The Silver Mine, The Launch Pad and couple others. It was sad to see them go over the years.

The Reagan Years is an arcade in Fullerton, California that still has 1980s arcade games.

This is some video I took on a visit to it in 2001.

  • awesome you got footage of this place before they closed it. shut down about 5 years after you shot this. live not too far from it.

  • I love Digdug.

  • I saw the Super Mario pinball machine at the end. It was made by Nintendo and the creators of Q*Bert.

  • Where is this arcade??

  • Right.

  • dont forget galaga

  • I miss the '80s. '80s arcade games kick the ass of modern arcade games. Donkey Kong, Puck-man, Asteroids, and Space Invaders are far better than the crap they have now. I want to buy many '80s arcade machines, and play them.

  • I would love to find an arcade. I have no idea where to find them nowadays lol

  • Orange Glen high school, Escodido, class of '87.

Love those games! Good shot of Dig-Dug. :)
