According to the movie, In this scene it is Mahishasur who Vijayalakshmi Mata is slaying she takes the form of Durga...however you may be right about Raktabeej as this is a dubbed movie 'Mahalakshmi Mahima' that was orignally made in Telugu.

This is definetaly rakthabeej, since it name indicates rakth = blood beej = seed this raakshesh multiplied himself by every drop of blood which hit the ground. That is why Kaali mata catched the blood with her tongue too make sure he wouldnt multply himself. So defintally not mahisasur..the videoscript writers have it wrong!
