@TheZeb142 it's not impossible just inlist from Civilian Militia Volunteer or buy weapons from rebel's it cost a thousand dollars or half sometimes.

maybe these guys are from the Philippine Army? or the police that's why they can buy such guns... only police and military personnel are allowed to use such high caliber weapons. Civilians in the Philippines need alot of Paper work before they can get one of these.

roughly 50,000 pesos(around $1000-$1200) = fully automatic M16
for more well M14/Ak 47 etc
however MP5= not cheap here from what i have seen

gun laws in philippines are very strict but only in the book in reality as long as you have the money you can buy high powered guns sky is the limit as we say it here m16,m14 hell you can even get 105mm howitzer shells so if you love guns philippines is the place to be.
