He is quite young around that time, and has no beard. He playes Tom, the policeman who thinks the TARDIS is real and is whisked away off to the far future with our "parralel universe" Doctor [or so i like to think thats who he is. some other Doctor in a parralel universe different from our own, and oc course Rose's]
