Kendi Tricks 2. Senegal parrot aged 16 weeks.

Kendi my 16 week old Senegal parrot during a training session.
This wasn't our best session as he had just had breakfast, I was using a different table that was lower then he's used to and it was the first time he's seen the camera tripod which he can't seem to take his eyes off in the video. I am really proud of him and he picks things up so quickly.
Please bear in mind this is not a video of a finished trick, just a training session.

Thank you. Yes he is fully flighted, I don't really approve of clipping a parrots wings under most circumstances.

Mines 3 months old and was wondering will they get much bigger when they get older?

A lovely parrot. Senegals are staggeringly clever.

My 16 year old female (Hercules) can judge the value of things. She will refuse to go back in her cage until offered a treat, but she will hang on until something of high enough value is offered. Peanut, banana chip - no chance; it has to be something really sexy (iced carrot cake is her favourite!). Then she goes in on her own and waits by the food pot for her reward.
