This is me training leg extensions with the reps 8, 12, 15, (no rest) failure, failure. This is inspired by Ronnie Coleman or "Big Ron" because i heard this is how he trains legs.
Note: I have a back injury so i would be doing squats but well duh, they hurt my back. I am trying to make the best of a bad situation. Thanks for viewing my first video and feel free to comment but keep the steroid arguments down and be positive the most you can.

1.Why would you train your leggs if you are always wearing pants...
2. Woman wont choose you becouse you have strong leggs?....
3. Becouse your fat, your legs are stronger becouse the more weight of your body
4. If you really wanna do something... go do bench press.... better results than those worthless leggs
