How long does the water last in an combustion assist type situation? And what types of maintenance is required? i.e. cleaning element replacement

@FireFoxKing12 It is just plastic wrap, held in place by a PVC fitting with a PVC collar over it that fits tightly. It also make a convenient way to refill.

If the poles inside the tube creates a spark you will have create a bomb,insulate your contacts before you hurt yourself,other then that it's a great comcept and great idea..try to build a smaller unit for cars..if the unit is to big and installed in a car you be sitting on a bomb,by useing several small chambers this will be more safe for the use in cars,the Hydro gas need to leave the chamber quickly to not be a dangerous device,if you lite a match,you will see what I am talking about

You have a great design, one suggestion is to extend the height to reduce the foaming and find a nice level of consumption of amps to have a consistent flow also you may wish to insulate the plates from the top therefore isolating the resistance to the reaction chamber which is immersed. There is something else you may wish to attempt - introduce the plates from the sides under the chamber and utilize an "S" honeycomb chamber with a return tube or a miniature radiator design to prevent foam.
