Even Scotty and Uhura weren't safe...so why did they make all of the uniforms red later? To confuse the redshirt-killing gods?

You'd think at some point they'd A) stop making red-colored shirts or B) the "unimportant" crew would wear a different color shirt. And if they were "required" to wear them because of rank or whatever, then at least they could go for dark orange or pink, or something, and at least suffer a serious flesh wound instead of full-on instadeath.

And Uhura, let's not forget. Nomad went after her too, though he didn't kill her like he did Scotty.

During one Halloween my friends dressed up as members of the enterprise I was the only one wearing a red shirt, Now I think they are trying to tell me something
